Their influence continues to inspire us, and our passion for creating from the ground up made our evolution into property development both natural and inevitable.

In 2023, after seven years under the Inspired Property Partner banner, we made a strategic decision to refine our focus and enhance our position on the Shoalhaven Gateway Project. This transition marked the beginning of Taurus Empire — our dedicated platform for delivering landmark development outcomes.

With nearly two decades of experience across the construction sector, our background spans several complementary disciplines. Originating from the botanical and landscape architecture fields, we spent more than twenty years designing and constructing bespoke residential and commercial projects throughout the South Coast and Southern Highlands of NSW. This grounding in natural systems, technical detail, and high-quality craftsmanship continues to inform every aspect of our approach.

As the years progressed, the opportunities in the development space became increasingly clear. While the North and Central Coasts surged ahead following major Pacific Highway upgrades, the Shoalhaven remained largely untouched — its potential recognised by few and discussed by even fewer. Yet we saw what others did not: a region positioned not only to benefit from a decade of infrastructure investment moving south but also uniquely advantaged by its proximity to two major cities — Sydney to the north and Canberra at its doorstep. The nation’s capital has long favoured the South Coast, and the Shoalhaven is their destination of choice.

It was during the early planning phases that the concept of the Shoalhaven Gateway Project first emerged, initiating conversations that have now spanned more than a decade. Today, Taurus Empire stands as the culmination of this vision — shaped by experience, informed by opportunity, and driven by a commitment to create meaningful, enduring places.
