Founded in 2014, Taurus Empire is delivering a category-defining waterfront precinct on the Nowra foreshore, leveraging recent state and federal rezoning initiatives to unlock latent economic, lifestyle, and community value. Anchored by a 90-berth marina and vibrant waterfront esplanade, the project combines premium residential living with cafés, retail, and leisure spaces, creating a walkable, amenity-rich environment.
